What is level 5 cheerleading? Level 5. U12, U16, U18 and Open (age 14+) Tumbling includes standing and running fulls and other specialty skills. Stunting is above shoulder height on single leg, stunting is more elaborate including twists and flips, tosses are elite.
Are there Level 7 cheer teams? Teams are formed based on tiers for every ability level, from Novice to Elite. All Star rules are leveled based on progressions of skills commonly performed in cheer and are developmentally appropriate for the age of the competitor. Teams range from Level 1 to Level 7.

Fans fell in love with Team Navarro when Cheer first debuted back in January The docuseries followed the team and gave the world insight into the dangerous and riveting world of competitive cheerleading.
Throughout the series, fans got invested in Navarro coach Monica Aldama and her loveable cast of characters. The show highlighted the way injuries affected their ultimate goal of competing at Daytona's National Championships and also showcased the way in which cheer has positively impacted the team.
Giving them a way to express themselves and excel at something, it allowed them to steer clear of the potentially negative influences they were surrounded by. Thankfully, Cheer ended in a resounding win for the viewers as well as Team Navarro. The series propelled Monica and her most popular competitors into the spotlight. However, during this time--and as they were training for their next competition--allegations of child pornography and abuse surfaced against one of their most beloved team members, Jerry Harris.
The show had been in the process of filming its next season when it all happened. Who needs a ticket for Nationals. There is pay parking at the Niagara Falls Convention Centre. Canadian Cheer does not receive monetary compensation for parking. We strongly encourage spectators to leave their vehicle at their hotel if possible. Additionally, you can reference the map on the last page of your event information package.
The enclosed map also outlines the layout of the convention centre for the weekend. Please note that spectators may enter the parking lot from either Stanley Ave or Dunn St but the exit to Stanley Ave is reserved for buses only. All other vehicles must exit the lot onto Dunn St.
Schedule of Events:. As changes are made, the schedule will be updated, and all coaches will receive an email notifying that the schedule has been updated. 
Please pay attention when awards ceremonies are scheduled. Awards ceremonies will be taking place in the theatre, not on the main performance floor with the exception of Special Needs and the final ceremony on Sunday evening.
A separate awards schedule is posted on the performance schedule page outlining awards times. Please note that athletes will be meeting 10 minutes prior to their awards ceremony in order to prepare for the Parade of Champions. Spectators and athletes must enter the awards ceremony through separate entrances.
Spectators will take the escalator to the 2nd floor where the awards queue will be located. At the end of each awards ceremony spectators must exit the theatre into the lobby. Within the Convention Centre there will be a variety of food options available throughout the duration of the event.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the venue. Full buffet and Team dining options are available upstairs in the Port Colborne lounge. Outside food and drink will not be permitted in the venue. FREE for all parents, spectators, coaches and athletes. No telephoto lenses, SLR or professional photography equipment will be allowed. Our events are professionally photographed and all the photos are available for free here.
Spectator Conduct:. In the spirit of sportsmanship Canadian Cheer is following suit with many large American companies and enforcing a non-recruitment policy. Solicitation of athletes will not be permitted in any of the following form but not limited to : signs, t-shirts with try-out dates, athlete gifts, handouts, etc.
